Hello,
I've recently purchased Darby legirons and found that one
of the cuffs does not open. The locking bolt behaves as
if it were firmly welded into the locking bow, it does not
move a bit.
Admittedly this is a recently manufactured specimen,
Hiatt-Thompson 104LN, but it does use the Darby locking
mechanism which is not exactly the most recent invention.
I think I am familiar with the principle of this mechanism,
but does someone here know how it may happen that this
mechanism can jam for good completely immobilising
the locking bolt.
