italian handcuffs in use till 90's sought

Hi folks!
Looking for a pair of italian handcuffs that were inuse till a couple of years ago when people were led in front of the court (with hands crossed in the cuffs in front of them), Anybody around who knows where to find them or at least a pic on the net?!
