Hi It seems odd to me that the factory would assemble the cuffs with their stamped logo on it and send it up to quality control for inspection, then smooth out the edges, stamp the trade mark and serial numbers on it only after they pass the inspection. I would think all the finishing and stampings would be done at or near the same time and before the item was finished on the assembly line. I once worked in a factory and the quality control people usually took only a sample of the product. My guess would be 1 or 2 samples per every 3 or 400 units produced. If a problem was detected, they would go back to the last few cases manufactured that day and look for the existing problem.
Anybody out there work in a cuff factory?
