i recently came accross a set of darby cuffs with the key they look pretty old but in good shape the key twists to lock and unlock also the shackles look the same except for the wrist and ankle cuffs are attached by chain both in great condition yet old could someone give me info on these items and what the value may be for these? also i ran accross a set of shackles with the neck ring they were asking 350.00 for all is that too much?
