as far as I know, these adjustible darbies are the Model KB0121, that is manufactured in Pakistan by a company named K.U.B. Industries. They are being sold as Chicago Model 1500 Handcuffs.
I own several restraints made by KUB Industries. The quality of their handcuffs is quite close to darbies that have been made in Great Britain - the fine workmanship differs significantly from the crude stuff that comes from India.
