I had bid on the Hiatt-Peerless handcuffs you offered, and was disappointed to see them cancelled. I'm in the USA, and all the restraints of any type are still up for auction. Must have been just one of your items that caused cancellation of them all, like someone else said. If you're not going to repost on eBay, I'm still interested in the Hiatt-Peerless cuffs.
