Jason, in real estate, they say that the most important 3 things are:location,location, location. In handc=uffs it is, condition,condition, condition, and rareness. These are fairly common and the number of links suggests leg irons. I have a set of these in the same rusty condition. I paid $55 for them. They should go higher than this however. Good luck, George
