All 3 makers have a good reputation. However ... IMO, the Haitts are not finished as well as the others (sharper edges; which was the complaint Stan mentioned below); the Peerless are somewhat larger than either the Haitts or the S&W, so may be better for larger wrists. If you line them all up together, you'll find other differences which may or may not be significant for particular situations. So it really can be hard to say exactly which is better.
