HI all:
I have aquired a darby style fig 8 cuff size 3 with a very faint maker's mark on it. As near as I can make it out it reads W. Cowen at the top of the circle and 1882 at the bottom.
My question is; is this cowen? (I cant swear that this is what Im reading-I definately make out the firs W and what apears to be an e before the final letter n
I seem to recall something somewhere about a w cowen but cant find anything
any help is greatly appreciated
