Hi Don: I don't think these are Hamburg 8's if you look at the shape these are probably the Hamburg H's.
This was a very short test run the Hamburg Company made. In the quest for the perfect cuff they tried many preparations and A-G didnt work. H was the one and to this day this rare cuff is known as Hamburg's Preparation H
