I have a pair of Towers Double Lock Hand Cuffs with one key. The cuffs work like they were new. All smooth operation from the time you open them untill you close them and turn the key. Of course they are not shiney new any more and they do tend to collect some powder like surface rust. I use a thin oil to help prevent any serious rust from forming on them. My question is what are they worth today. I was once told that Towers Double Lock Cuffs were made from the late 1890's through 1930. Thanks.
