Hello I would like to ask for some help .I have in my possesion a set of snips or one handed handcuffs im not sure what you call them ,I found them in the old prison in Jersey Channel islands U.K. in the 1970s when i was working on the demolition of the prison they are made of steel and are not chromed they are marked JONES JERSEY,21 i have made enquireies about them i have been told they could be quite old.I am not a collector so i may be interested in parting with them if they would be of use to any one
