Most police handcuffs in Brazil are Asian imports that use standard keys. We sold 3000 pairs of low priced standard Taiwanese handcuffs to Brazilian government agencies last year. Some agencies are also using Yuil handcuffs from Korea that do not use standard keys. Brazil isn't importing very much these days because the value of their currency is very low.
