I have some handcuffs that look like these hanging to the left side of this site page. No markings except the letters USIS, someone told me it was for United States Indian Service. They are rusty, no key, all other parts are loose and not rusted/froze up. They will not lock probably because the springs inside are too rusty. I found them several years ago in west Texas.
Are they worth any thing?
