I believe that the single link model was discontinued in the late 70's -- early 80's. I own the 2 link version from 83(sorry, not for sale). Alcyon also made a Fury high security model, with a hinge and rivets, in the 80's. These also used a star in front of the split ratchet, to prevent shimming the cuffs open. I don't know why they stopped making these cuffs, as the craftsmanship and security features were superb. You might find a used pair at a lock or gun show. They used to sell these at an army and navy shop, and I wish that I picked them up while they were available.
