I was given what I consider a real treasure, by a good friend of mine. According to Ian McColl it is probably connected to Hugo Foth. What I was given is an assembly board about the size of a fold up dinner tray, there is a 3/4" fence along the edges and several strips that run verticaly. Along with the board were bags containing all of the individual parts for the handcuffs. It is quite interesting to see how the cuff looks inside as well as how they are assembled.
