We found these cuffs in the walls of our garage in up-state N.Y. around Albany. Would liked some help w/ info on maker and poss. worth. They are screw key type in working condition. Several different markings but nothing that shows who might have made them. They have these markings on them. W F the words warranted with wro something something below then a stamped #15. On the locking side the word in caps HARD. The crosspeice that closes the cuffs has a row of small 'v's around the end of the barrel(for lack of knowledge) w/ one v dead center. The key is stamped w/ the combo S and 10 below and to the right.
I don't have the tech to post a pic but I can try to get the tech avaible to me. Any info would be thankfully recived and answered. Thanx in advance
