Repair of English-made lady Hiatt Darby

Anybody here know about repair of Hiatt Darby-style handcuffs (post 70's style). The thread on inside pin has stripped. Key is still OK. Any repair possible? How or info of who can repair this would be highly appreciated. I'm located in So. California.
