Recently the Master Lock Company came out with a new product called "Street Cuffs". Basically they are a
extra large handcuff like bicycle lock. Each cuff has
a high security "ace" type lock.
Steve Santini has taken a pair and replaced the swivel
with a chain making a high security pair of legirons.
