In the past I have placed handcuffs on ebay and for the most part I was satisfied with the results. However I do have a pair of Tower detective leg irons in very good condition with the original key.After seeing the pair of Romer cuffs go for over $1500 I am tempted to place my legirons up for bid. Before I do I would like to get some kind of an idea of what collectors know about them and what a fair value would be to a serious collector. Sorry Tom, you still have first dibs.
