I have a pair of Peerless cuffs that belonged to my grandfather who was a deputy sheriff in Ohio in the late 1920s and early 30s. They are marked The Peerless Handcuff Co.

The other side is marked Pat. Feb, 20. 1912
Oct. 19. 1915 & Nov. 23, 1915
Mar.31. 1925. MADE IN U.S.A.
The serial number is 58450 There is a circle with a a three bladed, curved device in it. Can anyone help me with what they are and where I can get a key. I have the old leather case and the 71/2" Colt New Service in 45 Colt he carried. Thanks . Bill Bryant
