To Tim1, AMEN brother. The law enforcement community in Canada also enjoys returning home safe to loved ones after each shift. The use of handcuffs is for the protection of all involved in an incident, the good guys, the bad guys and the innocent bystanders. Cuffs are a tool of the trade and cuffing always follows arrest.
