Hi, this is Tim 1 , lol, we do have fun with those auctions but didn't realize there were other Tim's . Oh, these cuffs are most likely Florida State Police Issued Smith model 90's, and the Troopers Badge and Troop number. Value depends on whether this is factory engraving or added by an armourer later. My guesstimate is about 40 bucks.
