Hi Folks! I'm new to this site and to collecting, but have been hooked on handcuffs for years!
I was just looking on the various auctions, and spotted 'Time-Cuffs' for sale - I checked the website and they seem a fascinating device - BUT, are the reliable, worth collecting (even if for play), modifiable, and (while we're at it!) does anyone know about how they work?
Hope someone has some info! This site/message board seems quite cool, but how often do people post?
