I purchased a pair of Tower Double Lock handcuffs on E-Bay. I don't have them yet, but they don't lock when the bow is inserted. Sounds to me like a spring is broken inside or ??. Does anyone know how best to open the side plate and repair these cuffs? The cuffs are the late model nickel plated ones with the single link rather than 3 chain links between the cuffs. Thanks
