there is an Austrian seller on eBay, but he never describes the cuffs as star.
Maybe you'll try to search on german ebay (www.ebay.de). There's no auction at the moment.
Try to find the seller "grafbert@gmx.at", he sold dozens of Star on ebay maybe he's got some left.
