Alcyon/Star HS available in Europe?

Is the above Alcyon/Star HS cuff available anywhere in Europe/UK?

I take it it's not a current model and am not sure whether to be looking for Star or Alcyon (and have no idea of model number!), but have searched high and low on ebay etc, to absolutely no avail.
