Darbys. You can see a pair in the Handcuff section of this web site. The 1953 mark should be the year they were made. I do not have any info about the other marks. I hope this helps. : Hi all,
: I just picked up these darbies. I think they are lightweights made by Hiatt, but I am not sure. They have markings on the bottom side. On one side the markings read 21C
