Can anyone identify this pair of Peerless Handcuffs at http://www.krystallos.net/handcuffs_1.jpg

http://www.handcuffs.org/gallery/gallery_n-r.html shows a "Peerless Model 2 - Late Nickel Plate 1925 USA"...would handcuffs_1.jpg be the same?
