The Peerless handcuffs are pretty common. The
very oldest ones, the original 1912 model with
a curved lock case is the most desirable one and
a nice example might be worth $250 or so. Almost
any other model would be less than $100 in value.
A 30 year old Peerless would be from 1970 and
have no more value than a new pair, perhaps less,
say $20-$30.
