Unmarked Indian Darby Cuffs

I recently aquired a pair of cuffs that appear to be Indian Adjustable Darby Cuffs. There are no markings on them except for the number 80 on the key and the cuffs. Any idea of how old they are and if they might be authentic since they bear no manifacturers stamps or seams?
