American Handcuff Co. just came out with a new cuff they are calling their "Juvenile" handcuff. It is made for small wrists. I don't think anyone has ever made this type of product in the US before. I just put one on eBay to see what it will do (Item #1120113733). It took me over 2 months to get my fist order of these.
