Unknown Indian Darby type handcuffs.

Handcuffs are very heavy in weight metal. They are extremely similar to pictures I've seen of Indian Darby Handcuffs. They are stamped with WF & CO. #228 on the cuff. The key is stamped 228. If anyone can give me further info. on manufacturer, value, etc. ---please write. Thank You.
