I don't know the full story of Darley style handcuffs
but I have seen several different variation. You
can see the pictures in my handcuff gallery.
1. The original Darley cuffs marked Chicago, Illinois
I have two different variations.
2. JGA handcuffs. There are two variations both
with a similar JGA trademarket, one marked
Germany, the other marked Japan
3. TWC handcuffs. Just like the JGA handcuffs,
marked Japan
4. Star, Chief of Police, handcuffs made in Spain
Sometime last year (perhaps the year before) there
was a pair of Darley type handcuffs on ebay that
the seller claimed to be from Poland. They may
have been like yours.
If anyone else knows anything about any of the
Darley style handcuffs, please post something.
Who actually made them? Where? When?
